The act of being joyful generates inner strength for a child of God. It is a tonic for health and vitality (Proverbs 17:22). The absence of joy could lead to an absence of strength both physical and spiritual. We can relate that most times when a person is not feeling joyful or merry, the ability to do anything meaningful disappears. Whatsoever a person does in a state of depression could have been done better if they were joyful. And this happens because joy brings out content and lack of joy locks content. As the scriptures made us understand that with joy one can draw water from the well of salvation. Merriment is medicinal and joyfulness can be equaled to healthfulness. One of the most outstanding benefits of joy is that it is the doorway to the release of potential that is deposited in a person.
JOY FOR FULFILMENT OF VISION
Vision must be pursued extremely and remarkably for desired success to be realized. This is essential and far-reaching because whatsoever a person did not go after cannot be accomplished and possessed. Anything that is not followed, chased, or sought after may not be achievable. Vision enhances motion and acceleration. A person with vision does not move slowly like a toddler; they move as fast as lightning. By restricting his objectives and wisdom to that which matters to destiny, a person is able to channel the energy and resources of his life. When other people are pulled in many directions because of a lack of vision, the speed of a person with vision becomes incontestable because of the possession of vision in the heart. When the means are available then the end is reached on time. It is not enough to have a vision; it is important to review the vision and whenever the vision is revised passion is rekindled. So, to avoid an empty heart one must continue to review vision because when the heart is empty life is stagnant and the future is not in view.
Visions are encouraged to thrive when a person has a desperate desire to fulfill destiny; this helps a person run with the vision instead of assuming anything and playing with fate. Because what is the use of a journey whose destination is not known, it’s like entering a vehicle or a flight that you have no idea of its destination. The willingness to do God’s will and His plan for our lives accelerate the fulfillment of our vision. The best way to determine the will of God is when you don't have a say in the matter at all.
